Oh, the possibilities with these, guys! These babies are sweet, crunchy, juicy and a little tart at the same time. Pop these on burgers, sandwiches (I like mine on tuna), an antipasto tray, or my fave, just all by themselves.

When we moved into temporary housing at the end of July, I remember walking into our “home” for the next month and realized how strange it felt. It was nice, not dirty, but wow was it out of our comfort zone. One of the first things Brian and I did to try and make it feel a little less foreign was hit up the closest Trader Joe’s to stock up on some of our favorite foods. At the top of my list, bread and butter pickles!
Envision a girl with her hair tied up high on her head, yoga pants, a white t-shirt noshing on these pickles straight from the jar…that would be me.
